Veteran SMG player Thomas “TJHaLy” Haly has officially signed with the Vegas Falcons, just weeks after his contract expired with the Carolina Royal Ravens. The move comes as part of Vegas’s roster shakeup ahead of the Esports World Cup, with TJHaLy stepping into the starting lineup in place of Preston “Priestahh” Greiner.

After a challenging 2025 season with the Royal Ravens that ended in a Top 8 finish at Champs, TJHaLy entered free agency as one of the most experienced names on the market. His sharp SND instincts and clutch play made him a prime target for teams looking to make changes to their rosters heading into one of the biggest events of the year.

The Vegas Falcons are betting that TJHaLy can bring a spark to the lineup. While the team showed flashes of promise during the regular season, they lacked the slaying and teamwork to break into the league’s middle-of-the-pack teams. Replacing Priestahh with a proven SMG like TJ adds a new layer of flexibility to the roster—one that Vegas hopes will help them make a statement at the Esports World Cup. It is currently expected that TJ will be filling the SMG position with Saud "Exnid" Alotai as the flex.
