This move would mark a return to the organization after departing for arch-rival Toronto KOI in the offseason. Following a brief stint with KOI that ended in his release after Major II Toronto, the Spanish player has opted to reunite with his former team in a depth role as Miami prepares for the latter half of the year.

According to sources, ReeaL also received interest from multiple franchises, including the Vancouver Surge and Boston Breach, but visa complications made those options unfeasible at this time. Currently back in Europe, ReeaL is competing with Project 7 Esports while awaiting the completion of his U.S. visa process. The expectation is that he’ll return stateside by the end of Stage III, positioning him to join Miami’s active rotation if needed later in the season.
