Sources: M8s Tap Veohz, Mayhem to Lead New Era as GM and Head Coach

Edit: Sources confirm that LAG & Veohz will continue to monitor & evaluate coaching options for both the Head Coach & Analyst positions going into EWC & after the tournament is concluded.

There has been a major reshuffle in the coaching department for LA Guerrillas M8.

This past week, LAG allowed current head coaches MarkyB and DREAL to explore other opportunities as the team looks to take a different direction.

The organization is implementing significant structural changes, starting with the appointment of William "Veohz" Lachance, the head coach of Team WaR, as the new Head of Call of Duty for the French franchise. His ability to speak French is expected to help bridge the communication gap that the team experienced last season with staff and management.

The changes don’t stop there; the team is also looking to add Mehran "Mayhem" Anjomshoa, the current assistant coach for the Carolina Royal Ravens, to the coaching staff and promote him to head coach. The move might not be possible to complete until after the Esports World Cup at the end of July.

To complete the organizational reshuffle, the team is seeking to hire an analyst to round out the coaching staff. A former LAG analyst, Ashkan "Cheek" Chitsaz, is a strong candidate for the position at the current moment.
