The Vegas Falcons have launched an ambitious bid to acquire Thomas "Scrap" Ernst from the LA Thieves.
Although a deal remains highly unlikely, Vegas is aiming to shake up the Call of Duty League by targeting one of the game’s premier talents. The Falcons are also reported to have outbid the Thieves for McArthur "Cellium" Jovel, who recently became a free agent following the expiration of his contract with Atlanta FaZe.

Vegas hopes to take advantage of the uncertainty surrounding LA’s roster, especially after Daniel "Ghosty" Rothe was granted permission to explore other opportunities and Dylan "Envoy" Hannon's uneven footing on the roster as well. Still, the Thieves are expected to retain their superstar unless they receive an offer too massive to refuse. Any potential move would have to come at a heavy cost, as rumors put the buyout as one that would shatter the record for the highest in Call of Duty history.
