New York promotes Arian to Head Coach

Cloud9 New York has announced that Arian Chitsaz will step into the role of Head Coach for the upcoming Black Ops 7 season. Chitsaz previously served as the assistant to veteran coach Lamar “Accuracy” Abedi during Black Ops 6, but following a disappointing inaugural campaign, the organization has opted for a fresh start.

Last season, Cloud9 failed to make a meaningful impact in the Call of Duty League, falling short of expectations and ultimately parting ways with their entire starting roster, as well as Accuracy. The sweeping reset now places Chitsaz at the forefront of a rebuild, marking his first opportunity to lead a CDL franchise as head coach.
