With the Esports World Cup just around the corner, the official group draw has yet to be revealed, leaving fans and teams in a state of limbo. The delay has sparked growing confusion across the community, especially with travel and preparation time running short for potential replacement organizations. As one of the biggest international tournaments of the year, the EWC's group stage matchups are now just two weeks away—yet we're still waiting for confirmation on who will be facing whom in the opening rounds.

One major factor contributing to the holdup appears to be the situation surrounding the Carolina Royal Ravens. After being disqualified due to roster rule violations, their spot is expected to be filled by Challengers team FiveFears. According to RonnieIntel, the Royal Ravens are still very unlikely to be attending the event.

However, the replacement has not been made official, creating complications in finalizing the groups. With FiveFears likely stepping in at the last minute, adjusting the group distributions is a tricky situation. Until that change is formally locked in, the group announcements remain delayed, and teams are left uncertain about their potential matchups in Riyadh.
