LA Thieves moved quickly after losing Paco "HyDra" Rusiewiez and Thomas "Scrap" Ernst, bringing in Daniel "Ghosty" Rothe and Dylan "Envoy" Hannon to pair with Tyler "aBeZy" Pharris. Finding a fourth piece to round out the roster has proven tougher.
The Thieves had been closing in on a move for Mohammed "Alluka" Bindal from FaZe Vegas, but that option is off the table now that FaZe has promoted him into its own starting lineup. With that path closed, the organization has shifted its focus elsewhere.

Sources indicate OMiT player DK is now LA Thieves' top target to join the veteran, multi-time championship core. DK impressed plenty of people this season, and it looks like that performance is about to pay off with a CDL opportunity. LA Thieves won't be his only option, but they're reportedly his preferred destination at the moment.
Today is being called D-Day by many around the league, with three to four organizations all scrambling to finalize their rosters at once.
